All CNY orders are for self-collection only. Collection dates are fixed and will be shown at checkout. Please collect your order on the CNY eve at your preferred pick-up outlet.
Fishballs (Fresh)
- Storage: Keep chilled and consume on the day of collection.
- Cooking: Boil in water or soup for 7 minutes.Important: Do not rely on floating as a sign of doneness. Ensure they boil for the full 7 minutes.
Meatballs (Pre-cooked)
- Storage: Keep frozen for up to 2 weeks.
- Cooking: Reheat for 2 minutes.
